For entertainment venues

Never an empty stage. Never a "who's next?"

One live rotation board every DJ, entertainer, and manager sees update in real time, on any phone in the building. It replaces the paper list, the whiteboard, and the radio, and it keeps every shift on the record.

Who it's for

Three roles, one live floor.

For managers & owners

Run the floor without walking it.

  • See the entire floor in real time: who's in, who's up, who's where, all from any device.
  • Step in when you need to: adjust the rotation, push announcements, handle the room, all without standing over the booth.
  • Know where every entertainer is at all times, including VIP, in one live view the whole management team shares.
  • Every shift closes with a clean summary, so there is nothing to reconcile by hand.
How it helps: a tighter, calmer venue with fewer radios, fewer "who's next" questions, and full visibility without micromanaging.

Discreet by design. Operational data like rotation order, statuses, and request entries clears at shift close. Attendance records auto-delete after 30 days. Nothing sits around waiting to leak.

For DJs

Run a clean rotation, never lose your place.

  • Your whole lineup in one live board: order, timers, auto-advance.
  • Announce assist so every intro lands.
  • See who's unavailable, whether checked out, on break, or in VIP, so you never call someone who isn't there.
  • Keeps running even if the booth Wi-Fi drops.
How it helps: a flawless rotation with less guesswork and zero dead calls. The floor flows and the DJ looks sharp doing it.
DJ rotation on a phone
For entertainers

Always know where you stand. Never miss a stage.

  • See your exact spot in the rotation, live, on your own phone.
  • Get notified before you're up, so no hovering by the booth and no missed sets.
  • Check in, set your own prep time, manage your own status.
  • Stage name only, so your privacy stays yours.
How you make more money: never miss a rotation, so you get every stage you're owed. More time up means more money. Work the floor instead of chasing the DJ, and stay in control of when you're up.

Joining a venue? Ask your manager for the invite link they sent. One tap and you're on the team. There's nothing to sign up for here.

Entertainer's live spot in the rotation
Built for ownership

Every shift, on the record, and nobody can quietly edit it.

The empty stage is the first thing a guest sees. MyStageZone makes sure there isn't one, and makes the whole floor provable, so problems surface themselves instead of rolling uphill after it's too late.

Reports you control

The owner sets one destination, an email or a secure endpoint, and each night's shift report lands there automatically. Verified before it activates, logged every time. Managers and DJs can't see it or point it somewhere else.

No blank skips

Every skip needs a reason and is stamped with who did it, and managers are always notified. A pulled skip logs honestly too, so the night's report tells the truth, not a story.

Every put-off authorized

Taking someone off the rotation records who approved it and when. The people on the floor hold each other accountable, because the record does, not a manager's memory at 2 a.m.

MyStageZone proves the floor. It never touches the money. No tips, no payments, no dollar amounts on anyone. That's not a gap; it's the point.

FAQ

Questions, answered straight

What data do you keep about performers?+
Three kinds. Their profile, which is stage name, photos, music preferences, and tip handles, is theirs, portable, and kept for as long as their account exists. Clock-in and clock-out attendance records (name, venue, timestamps, on-site verification result) are kept for 30 days so venues have working attendance records, then deleted automatically. Per-night operational data like rotation order, statuses, and request entries clears when the shift closes. Legal names are never displayed in the product.
What happens when the venue Wi-Fi dies mid-shift?+
Nothing, from the booth's point of view. The console runs fully on the DJ's device and re-syncs managers and displays the moment the connection returns.
What hardware do we need?+
Any laptop or tablet with a browser for the booth. Any phone for the manager view. Any smart TV with a browser for the green-room display. Nothing to install.
Can a manager or DJ change or hide the numbers?+
No. The nightly report goes to a destination only the owner sets and verifies, so staff can't see it or point it somewhere else. Every skip carries a required reason and the name of whoever applied it; every put-off records who authorized it and when. The record is the record.
Do you handle payments?+
No, and that is deliberate. MyStageZone never touches money: no tips through the app, no payments, no dollar amounts stored on anyone. Skip fees are venue policy. We record that a skip happened and who authorized it for the shift report. The cash changes hands outside the platform, off our books and off your liability.
